πŸ’Œ Things to do in Boise Oct 9-15

A lot is going on!

  • I'm launching a new Boise Discount Card. More info below.
  • We have a new podcast co-host! Leslie, who also does our sponsorship/ad sales, is taking over the Thursday podcasts. Meet Leslie and listen to her first episode.
  • In personal news: my baby is turning one this weekend πŸ₯²
  • Also I am very sorry but I am just not going to get a Plan Ahead newsletter done for October. You can plan for a Plan Ahead for November! (Say that five times fast.)

Ooook let's get into it.

NEW: Boise Discount Card

I'm launching a local discount card. I have asked you guys what else you want to see in From Boise and the #1 answer is always discounts at local businesses. Here's the details so far:

This first one is kind of my test run to see how it goes, so I would love your feedback. I envision doing more of these in the future like a coffee card, happy hour card, dog-friendly card, etc. Let me know what you think!

For this first round I am only doing 500 cards. They are available for pre-order starting now. I will have them out to you before the holidays. Cute stocking stuffer idea! Also I am working on finalizing the participating businesses and will keep you in the loop on who will be on the card.
