- ​Dash & Splash is happening at Idaho River Sports this Saturday from 11am-2pm! The fun run (or walk, if that’s more your speed) starts at 11am, followed by a cold plunge at noon. The raffle will be at 1pm. Start the year off right with the perfect mixture of movement and freezing. Whether you’re a seasoned chill seeker, or just looking to break the ice, this event is for everyone. Bring your friends and see who’s brave enough to take the plunge! From outrageous resolutions to awkward first dates, wild career dreams to the chaos of new hobbies, your suggestions will guide performers through an unpredictable journey into the new year. - ​New Year Wellness Festival is happening at Treefort Music Hall from 10am-1:30pm. This morning is dedicated to creating space for Boise’s wellness community and empowering each of us to find clarity and purpose as we enter this New Year. You’ll also receive a curated lululemon swag bag filled with some of local favorite wellness brands like LMNT, Boise Co-Op, Mad Hippie, Salt Sanctuary, and more. - ​Teen Takeover x Idaho Steelheads is happening at the Idaho Central Arena from 2pm-3:30pm. Get there early for a quick youth activity and stay for ice skating. The whole Steelheads team and coaching staff will be on the ice for a meet and skate. Even the Steelheads famous mascot, Blue, will be hanging out! - An Alter Ego Costume Workshop is happening in the Share Studio at JUMP from 6-8pm. JUMP’s costume connoisseur will be leading weekly costume workshops every Tuesday from now until February 25. These workshops lead up to their big ILLUMiBRATE event on March 7.

- Join the Robie Creek Training Group at Fleet Feet Meridian this Wednesday from 6-7pm to learn more about the Race to Robie Creek 2025. This is perfect for those looking for a community to train with, even if you think running isn’t for you. You can check out the 12-week training program here.
