​Cranksgiving is happening from 10am–5pm. It’s a Thanksgiving-themed bicycle scavenger hunt where teams ride around town gathering food items and completing fun tasks to fill holiday food boxes for local families in need. It starts and ends at at Clairvoyant Brewing (2800 W Idaho St). After teams fill their boxes, there's an after party at the brewery. Costumes encouraged. Tix are $10 per team.

​A Charlie Brown Christmas is happening at Danny Peterson Theatre (inside the Morrison Center). The classic animated television special comes to life in this stage adaptation. Tix start at $15.25.
​Fort Boise Pottery Sale is happening at the Fort Boise Community Center. It’s a holiday pottery sale featuring unique, handmade pieces created by students and instructors at the community center. It’s one of the best places to find cool gifts! Hours are 10am–7pm on Friday and 10am–5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free!
​Winter Wonderland in Downtown Caldwell opening weekend. is like a real-life Hallmark movie. There’s over a million lights illuminating Indian Creek and the plaza! The opening weekend is basically a community-wide kick off party complete with a holiday shopping market, pics with Santa & Mrs. Claus, and the official opening of the ice skating rink. The lights and festivities continue through mid-Jan, including ice skating, carriage rides, fire pits, food and drinks, and more.
​The Canyon County Christmas Show at the Ford Idaho Center in Nampa is a three-day event featuring hundreds of vendors and a visit from Santa. It’s family-friendly and very festive. Open Friday, Nov 21 and Saturday, Nov 22 from 11am–7pm and Sunday, Nov 23 from 11am–4pm. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors, and free for kids 12 and under.
​The CBH Holiday House Market is happening at Jack’s Place in Nampa from 12–4pm. It’s part of the 10th Annual Festival of Homes and features local vendors with handmade gifts, fresh baked goods, custom hats, seasonal treats, and even a free food truck.
