Saturday, May 31

  • Rooted is happening at Treefort Music Hall from 8pm-12am this Saturday, presented by EDEN Events. There will be live DJ’s and a silent disco as well as tons of local vendors geared toward strengthening and establishing connections in the EDM community in Boise. Whether you’re a local artist, a local listener, or just a local, we could all use a little more PLUR. It’s free!! 21+

Sunday, June 1

  • The Art & Roses Festival is happening from 10am-5pm on Sunday in the Rose Garden at Julia Davis Park (700 S Capitol Blvd). Boise’s favorite celebration of local art returns with a full day of creativity, music, and community. You can explore artwork from over 100 local fine artists and check out the Youth Art Showcase. Enjoy original live music from the Idaho Songwriters Association and catch performances by the Starbelly Dancers. There will be free figure drawing and clay demos, interactive art activities, and plenty of food trucks and sweet treats to keep you fueled. Saturday, May 31

  • The North End Garden Tour is happening on Saturday from 10am-2pm in Boise’s historic North End neighborhood. This self-guided tour invites you to explore private residential gardens filled with pollinator plants, cozy courtyards, and creative outdoor spaces. Volunteers will be at each stop to share garden insights. Check-in begins at 9:30am at Elm Grove Park (2200 W Irene Street), where you can pick up your wristband and tour map. Tix are $20 for adults and $10 for kids 12 & under if purchased online in advance, or $25 adults and $12 kids dos. Proceeds support the North End Neighborhood Association.

  • Sparklight Movie Nights are kicking off this week in Settlers Park in Meridian. It's the free outdoor movie series hosted by Meridian Parks and Recreation. Byo lawn chair or blanket. Movie starts at dusk!

Saturday, May 31

  • Barkitecture is happening at Clubhound from 3-6pm. Join the Consortium for Interior Design in showcasing 15 creative teams presenting innovative, pet-inspired structures. There will also be food, entertainment, pet vendors, and community connection. Whether you’re a design enthusiast, animal lover, or just looking for a fun day out, Barkitecture has something for everyone. The event benefits Paws Rescue, Boise Bully Breed, and CID Idaho’s legislative efforts to recognize interior designers across the state. There will also be a supplies drive for Lake Lowell Animal Rescue, so bring donations to earn raffle tickets. It's free and pets and kids of all ages are welcome.
  • The REVIVE Fashion Show is happening from 1-3pm on Saturday at JUMP in the Pioneer Room. Local designers and creatives of all ages and abilities showcase one-of-a-kind, wearable art made from thrifted and recycled materials. Designers were given access to the Idaho Youth Ranch to source materials and transform them into fashion-forward works of art that promote sustainability and conscious living. The party continues until 5:30pm!
  • Eternities - The Story Concert is happening at the Egyptian Theatre at 8pm. This is a unique live experience blending original folk-pop music with storytelling. Tix are $50-55.
  • There’s a Puppy Pool Party happening at Cactus Bar from 12-4pm. Calling all dog lovers and furry friends! It’s free.
  • Discover You is happening at JUMP from 10am-12pm. Ever feel like you’re throwing darts in the dark when it comes to your business? This is your chance to start taking real shots toward growing your business. Tix are $27 and include a workbook. 18+
  • There’s a Craft Cocktail & History Walking Tour of The Avery Hotel at 3pm. Tix are $60.
  • The Sultana’s Festival is happening on Saturday from 10am-7pm at Kleiner Park in Meridian. This full-spectrum wellness event blends healing, empowerment, and play. Enjoy free access to live entertainment, yoga and dance classes, intuitive readings, art zones, family fun, and a wellness village with local vendors. Raffle and auction prizes include gift baskets, experiences, and more. It’s free, or you can purchase a VIP ticker for $60.

Sunday, June 1

  • Cosmic Pulse: Community Drum Circle is happening from 2-4pm on Sunday at Kristin Armstrong Municipal Park. This co-creative event welcomes all levels to connect through rhythm, sound, and movement. Come early to receive a painted symbol and stay to drum, sing, and ground into community. Drums are available and no experience is needed. Suggested donation is $10 and kids join for free. Just bring your heartbeat.
  • Mascs 4 Mimosas is happening at Hap Hap Lounge from 11am-3pm. Tix are $16 and brunch & drinks will be available for purchase.
  • Dinner with Strangers is happening at ALAVITA from 8-10pm. Tix are $12.51 to secure your spot :)

  • The Meridian Night Market is happening at Storey Park in Meridian from 4-9pm. There will be over 75 vendors, experience booths, live music, food trucks, and drinks!

  • The Dollop Podcast Live is happening at the Egyptian Theatre at 7:30pm. Each episode is centered around an event or person from history selected for its humor or peculiarity. Tix are $33-$78.
  • Idaho Gems is happening at House of Wine from 6:30-7:30pm. You'll get to explore a few state gems in this guided tasting! Tix are $45.

Bonus: Thursday, June 5

  • The Art Haus Night Market is happening next Thursday from 5-9pm to align with First Thursday and kick off summer. It will be a Farmers Market vibe with a party sensibility. Live music, fun snacks, artists, and revelry! It’s free!!

  • Henry Cho will be at the Egyptian Theatre at 8pm on Friday and Saturday. Recently inducted as a member of The Grand Ole Opry, Henry Cho is the first comedian to receive the honor since 1973. Tix are $42+.

  • The Punch Line Up is happening at Watson’s Mystery Cafe starting at 8pm. Doors open at 7pm. This is a classic stand-up, fast paced improv and musical comedy show. Tix are $38.
