We're raising a glass to the cowgirls, outlaws, and queens this weekend!!
Outlaw Music Festival is riding into town next Tuesday and they're bringing the legends. Whether you’ve been following these folks for decades or just want to drink a beer under the stars while Bob Dylan serenades the crowd, this is the kind of show that only comes around once a year ;)
Until then, this weekend is packed with everything from street fests and garage sales to dessert before dinner. A little bit outlaw and a little bit of finding magic in the mundane. Let's get into it!

Feeling Better with Foundation Functional Medicine
I recently started working with Foundation Functional Medicine, and I’m already feeling better. After months of feeling off—tired, foggy, not quite myself—I knew I needed something more than a quick doctor’s visit.
The team at Foundation has conventional medical backgrounds but takes a more holistic, root-cause approach. They helped me set real goals, ordered labs, and started me on a few supplements. In just a few weeks, I’m already feeling 10x better.
If you’re curious how they could help you too, they offer a free discovery call to see if it’s a good fit. Highly recommend!
