  • ​Stella’s Ice Cream is celebrating National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day at their Nampa & Caldwell locations (1212 3rd St S & 2609 Blaine St) this Saturday at 9am. ​​They'll be serving up star-shaped donut sundaes for just $5. You will need to preorder your donut sundae ahead of time on their website. Coffee and hot cocoa from Dutch Bros will be available for purchase in store! All are welcome but if you let your kiddos tag along you are officially the coolest parent EVER :)

  • ​Speed Dating is happening at Hap Hap Lounge starting at 8pm, just in time for Valentine’s Day. Bring your wingman or wingwoman, and stay for beats that’ll knock your socks off from Cdigi + jilly.fm. Tix are $20. Whether you're looking for sparks, or just wanna practice your best pick-up lines, this is a fun opportunity to meet other singles and show off your best self!

Saturday, February 1

  • ​Cupid’s Undie Run is happening at Tom Grainey’s from 12-4pm. The mile-ish run kicks off at 2pm, followed by a dance party at Grainey’s after. It’s not just going for a run in your underwear, it’s people coming together to support a good cause. Registration is $45 for individuals, or you can join a team. Why not have fun in your undies?

  • ​Pre-Valentines Day Speed Dating is happening at The Warehouse Food Hall from 3-7:30pm this Sunday. Each participant will be given a pre-printed name tag and a dating card with a list of potential partners’ names. Rounds last 4 minutes and at the end of each round you just simply mark yes or no next to the person’s name. If it’s a mutual match, they will let you know via email after the event. Tix are $30. Are you looking for love and tired of swiping?

  • Comic of the Year Semi-Finals & Finals are happening in the Linen Building from 7-10pm both nights. On Friday, 15 comics will compete, and the top 4 will move into the final round, bringing their best 20-minute set. The person who wins this, will win because they have the strongest, most cohesive 20-minute set. Tix are $25-115.
  • ​Robert Baril will be at the Lounge of the End of the Universe on Friday & Saturday at 7pm both days. He kinda has that Jacob Elordi vibe.

  • ​Nerd Out Improv Comedy Show is happening at Recycled Minds at 8pm. Step into the ultimate playground for all things nerdy with Nerd Out, a long-form improv comedy show where the things we obsess over come to life! Tix are $16 for adults and $6 for kids ages 5-12.

  • ​Waterbear Bar recently announced they’ll be serving the New Orleans classic, baked Oysters Rockefeller in light of the recent health and safety reporting changes. Hama Hama Oyster Co. shucks, butter, parmigiano reggiano, parsley, watercress, GF panko, and a squeeze of lemon. They also just released AQUEDUCT, a sunshine-y and sweet cocktail, made with Wheatley vodka, passionfruit-peach honey, lime, and curacao. A must try!

  • There’s a Paint Party, hosted by The Angry Easel, happening at Kichii Sushi from 6-8pm. Enjoy some sushi and painting in an upbeat environment. Tix are $20.
  • ​Wish it were summer? There’s a get together happening at Proletariat Wine Co from 4:30-7pm. Come dressed in your best summer clothes. Best Hawaiian shirt gets a prize!!

  • ​Chill Vibes Island Party is happening at Meriwether Cider Co from 3-9pm. Kanak Attack will be there serving up food from 4-7pm. They’ll have pina colada slushies and a one time Passionfruit Orange Guava Cider.

Saturday, February 1

  • ​Barley’s Legacy Celebration is happening at Hops N’ Bottles from 2-4pm. Barley was a Golden Retriever who never met a stranger and made everyone feel a part of the pack. They’ll also have Barley Brown’s Draft specials all weekend. Bring a donation for the Idaho Humane Society and enjoy a discount on your Hops purchase. Let’s raise a glass and strive to be more like Barley.

Thursday, January 30

  • ​Echoes of Compassion, a celebration of music, dance, theater, and visual arts, is happening at JUMP from starting at 5pm.
  • ​Trail Map for Book Writing is happening at Push & Pour tonight at 7pm, hosted by Catalyst Arts Collaborative. This is the second of a three-part course, covering how to outline a book. Tix are $35. If you have a great idea, this is a great chance to pull it together!
  • ​Wander Woman: Snowshoeing, Hiking, and Camping Basics is happening at Eagle City Hall 6:30-8pm. Meet other outdoorsy ladies and learn the basics of a few fun winter activities. Tix are $75.

  • ​School of Rock is playing at the Nampa Civic Center at 7:30pm on Thursday & Friday, and 1:30pm & 7:30pm on Saturday. Tix are $35.

  • ​Boise State Gymnastics vs. Utah State & Sacramento State is happening at 7pm at the Extra Mile Arena.

Friday, January 31 - Saturday, February 1

  • ​The Fly Fishing Expo is happening at Expo Idaho from 11am-5pm on Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturday. Tix are $15 for adults, $10 for students, and kids 12 & under are free.

  • ​Yoga in the Market is happening at Roots Zero Waste Market at 5:30pm. There’s a suggested donation of $10. All ages are welcome.

Tuesday, February 4

  • ​Boise Business Babes is having their February Coffee Meetup at Idaho Pups and Ales from 8:30-10am. Tix are $10 and come with a free coffee so it’s basically free.
  • There’s a Watercolor + Pressed Flowers Event happening at Barbarian Brewing with Moonstruck Creations from 6-8pm. You’ll be painting a beautiful mountain meadow for your dried florals and greens to rest on! Tix are $50 and come with all necessary supplies.
